Web Development Intern
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the development of web applications.
Work both independently and collaboratively in a development cycle environment with the marketing team, product & creative managers, UI/UX designers on concept development and rapid prototyping of ideas.
Keep assets organized and optimized, to create a maintainable code base.

Profile:
Responsible for the Sales in the Store and act as important link between management and stores for clear communication
Represent and communicate the values, aesthetics and positioning of Hidesign at every level
To facilitate sales performance and growth at the Store, ensuring that customers have a pleasant shopping experience.
Participate in global counting and matching physical stock with system records and corporate accounts
Identifies current and future customer requirements and make plans accordingly to

Ensure that we continuously maintain high standards of visual representation at the store while handling advertising and promotional displays
Motivate the team. Staff appreciation and conduct of appraisals: planned as well as adhoc
Ongoing training to promote and fulfill expectations and maintain values of Hidesign
Ensure that right stock (top styles, option-wise mix for core and fashion styles) is available at the right time at the right place by required analysis, ordering and planning.
Educational Requirements:
Any UG or PG with experience in Retail
Freshers are welcome but experience is preferred
Skill Set

Should have good time-management and multi-tasking skills
Good communication skills, problem solving skills and team management skills
Should be well-organized, self-driven and capable of identifying and overcoming issues
